Activate Your Subscription
If you are a bundle pack customer, enter the MacID to activate your subscription and allocate the license.
How to activate my bundle pack?
Assign Technicians
Provide the names, emails, and device types for your technicians.
Technician Verification
Technicians will receive a verification email for their newly created SmartHQ™ Service account. Instruct them to follow the instructions provided in Onboarding Email sent to them.
Navigate to your devices app store and search for SmartHQ™ Service.
