Joining SmartOrder is simple - it can be done whileyou’re accessing SmartHQ mobile app . To join, just select the SmartOrder offeroption for the item you want and choose a delivery schedule that fits yourneeds. During checkout, your subscription will be linked to your accountprofile.

Each SmartOrder shipment comes to you with FREE Standard Ground shipping (second day and overnight shipping not included). You have the option to choose your delivery schedule of when you receive your shipment; in one-month, two-month, three-month, six-month, twelve-month or eighteen-month interval.

After you joinSmartOrder, you will receive an email confirming about your subscription. This email will include a link to access your account to manage your subscriptions(s)and account information.Your first order will be processed and shipped immediately. After your first shipment, we will place your next shipment automatically based on your selectedfrequency, and you will only be billed on the day each order is shipped. Prior to each order, we will send you an email reminder in the event you need to m to next scheduled shipment. You will also receive email notifications if there are issues with your method, if you cancel your subscription, or confirm when an order is placedsuccessfully.
Once you’ve joined, SmartOrder is easy to manage. To make changes to your SmartOrder subscription, sign into ‘My Account’ then click on your ‘Subscriptions’ tab to manage your subscription. Within My Account you can cancel your subscription. Sign into My Account.
Updates will beapplied to all future shipments associated with your SmartOrder. Changes made do not apply to shipments that have already entered the shipping process. Please allow up to 24 hours for modifications or cancellations to be processed.
You can make thefollowing changes under the ‘SUBSCRIPTIONS’ section of your account bycancelling the order and creating a new one.
